Beauty Etiquette

Cancelation/ Missed Reservation Policy

In order to protect our Artists’ demand of time and regimen-interested guests, we kindly ask that a 24 hour cancelation notice be given for all SPASALON services. The first incident of a missed appointment or day-of cancelation, you will receive a courtesy phone call, text, or email reminding you of our company etiquette.

In the event of a second incident where the reservation has been missed or cancelled the day of, we will require a non-refundable $50 fee. 

Thank you for helping us maintain the highest level of customer service while we take care of our guests and colleagues.

Late Policy

To allow sufficient time for each guest, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out any required forms and relax in our lounge. Arriving late may reduce the time of your service or require a reservation to be rescheduled, in order to ensure that the next client will not be delayed.

Child Policy

We love children, however, due to safety and insurance concerns in our creative space and the relaxing nature of our business, we respectfully require children under the age of 12 visit with us only when the scheduled appointment is for the child.

Group or Event Reservations

To reserve more than three appointments, a major credit card is required to secure your time with us.
